Match Report - 31st May - Under 7 Devil'sThis week was Luke's birthday and the team would like to wish him a great day.
The boys in the Devil's played very well and the team work shone through with great passes which resulted in the ball finding the back of the net 5 times.
Each week the Devil's are showing improvement, spreading out and marking the opposition players very well.
A reminder that out team is on canteen duty next week, 7th June commencing at 8.45am and concluding at 10.30am. This will be followed by our game against Moorland at 10.40am.
All assistance at the canteen will be greatly appreciated.

Fw: Under 7 Devils Match Report - 17th May 2008
Our team was missing young Jackson Fisher , however boys all played very well against Wingham Raiders. The Devils had the sun on their backs in the first half and after a VERY quick goal from Wingham, woke and played good defence.
The Devils passed very well and are slowly learning positional play - spreading out rather than a bunch of grapes stuck together that they were at the start of the season.
Josh, Matt and Justo held their ground up front with Luke and Pat defending at the back. During training the boys learning directional passing and dribbling skills.
A reminder that our team is on canteen duty next week 24th May commencing at 10.30am and concluding at 12.30pm and all assistance from parents would be greatly appreciated.

Match Report Under 7 Devils V Taree Jaguars
The Barbarians Devils experienced the new rules for 2008 last Saturday and all the team said that they enjoyed the game but found it strange that there weren't any throw ins. The team has two new members from last year in Matthew & Joshua who are both very fast on the field and have good ball control.
Justin, Luke, and Pat along with Jackson complete the team for this year. The new format will have everyone scratching their heads for a few weeks but we are sure this will assist with foot and ball control along with further developing our ability to learn to use our feet and not our hands.
